The team at Pace Dermatology Associates consists of some of the most talented medical professionals, nurses, administrators, and assistants. Each personally selected by Drs. Aaron and Andrew Pace, patients can feel comfortable knowing that they are being treated by the best in the industry.
Alecia joined Pace Dermatology in August 2016. Her love for working with the public and helping them feel better led her to a position in the healthcare field. Her two sons are Alecia’s greatest inspiration and have given her an entirely new outlook on life. Her biggest hero is her father, who’s been through a lot and continues to always be there for her. In her spare time Alecia enjoys going out to movies and spending time with her family. She also enjoys wearing mix-matched and crazy printed socks.
Amy joined Pace Dermatology in February 2015. She is a Washington local and currently resides in Olympia. Her passion for the medical field started when she was hired at age 15 to do filing for a Chiropractic clinic, and has since fallen in love with the healthcare field and helping patients. Seeing others show love and kindness to each other are one of Amy’s greatest inspirations. Her personal hero is her mother because she is the strongest and most caring person she knows. In her spare time Amy enjoys being with her husband and hiking the trails of the Pacific Northwest.

Becky joined Pace Dermatology from the very beginning in July 2011. She found her way into the medical field because she previously worked as an office manager of a veterinary clinic. She enjoys serving as office manager and particularly likes to see others help one another and watch employees succeed and grow. Becky constantly keeps the office flowing smoothly, answers patient questions, and ensures we are up-to-date with all the newest rules, regulations and technologies. In her spare time, Becky enjoys quilting, baking, hanging out with her husband, watching football games, and her chihuahua, Pickle.

Bri joined the Pace Dermatology team in September 2016. She has always been interested in the medical field and was a CNA before becoming a medical assistant- with the goal of going back to school for nursing. Bri’s biggest inspiration is her family, who she feels makes her the best she can be every day. Her personal hero is her mother, who taught her to always try for what she wanted and to never give up. In her spare time Bri enjoys road trips with her family, spending time with friends, and going to concerts.
Ceirra joined Pace Dermatology in February 2012. She has a passion for helping others and it was this passion that sparked her interest in the medical field. She finds her inspiration from overcoming life’s challenges. She is best known for her spontaneous personality and her ability to befriend anyone. She consistently goes the extra mile to help train new office members in order to ensure excellent patient care. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, exercising and spending time with her puppies.

Chelsie joined Pace Dermatology in November 2015. She graduated from PIMA Medical Institute in Seattle in 2010 with honors and worked in plastic surgery prior to joining with us. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, camping and sewing. She loves to help people and finds inspiration from her children.

Gail joined Pace Dermatology in February of 2016. Her passion for helping people has led her to the healthcare field. She is inspired by others who defy odds and find success- despite their limitations or disabilities. In her spare time Gail enjoys interior design, traveling, boating, watching movies, and gardening. She also secretly enjoys looking at greeting cards. Her hero is her Dad who was a professor of entomology that rose to great heights in his field.

Heather joined Pace Dermatology in October 2016. She was born and raised in Colorado and has since made her way to the Pacific Northwest. During high school she pursued sports medicine programs, which led her to further her education in healthcare. The option to start each new day over and make a difference in the world is one of Heather’s biggest inspirations. One person she looks up to is her brother, who is everything she aspires to be- strong, humorous, caring, and protective. In her spare time Heather enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends, and eating donuts. She classifies her humor as her most quirky attribute.

Jazmine joined the Pace Dermatology team in December 2016. She is currently attending the University of Washington-Tacoma studying Healthcare Leadership and has a desire to help others. In her spare time Jazmine enjoys play time with her two dogs and trying new food.

Jessica started at Pace Dermatology in March of 2016. She was born in California but raised in Tacoma, WA. Her mother is a retired nurse and has been her continual motivator to work in the medical field, along with her natural humanitarian interests. She is inspired by forward progress and reflects this in her own work ethic. In her spare time Jessica enjoys traveling to new places.

Jessica joined Pace Dermatology in 2014. She worked previously for several years as an aesthetician and returned to school to get her Master Aesthetician license. She helped open a medical spa with Pace Dermatology in January 2015. In her time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing soccer. Her daughter is her hero and has taught her to celebrate everyday.

Kameron joined Pace Dermatology in January of 2017. He was born and raised in Washington State and enjoys everything about the Pacific Northwest. He finished his bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2015 and has always had an interest in the healthcare field. Kameron is inspired by people who are driven and share their methods of success with others. His biggest hero is his father who always led by example and provided for his family. In his spare time Kameron enjoys hiking, outdoor sports, and going to concerts.
Katie joined Pace Dermatology in 2014. She found her way into the medical field immediately out of high school, as she trained to become an EMT. She transitioned into veterinary medicine for about 8 years before returning to school for her medical assistant degree. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs, and her pot-bellied pig, Olive.

Lisa joined the Pace Dermatology team in April 2017. She is a Washington local who is excited to serve her local community. After a great experience she had with her aesthetician, she knew it was what she wanted to do for a living- help people reach their skin goals. She is inspired by challenges and overcoming what others tell her she “can’t do”. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys outdoor water sports, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her pets.
Mirna joined Pace Dermatology in 2015. She is originally from El Salvador, but was raised in Boston. Her parents have always inspired her to help others, which led her to the medical field. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her kids.

Natalie began working for Pace Dermatology in June 2016. Her father-in-law gave her a start as a medical receptionist, where she found her passion for the medical field. She is inspired by her family and friends who have always continually supported her in all she does. Her personal hero is her husband, who is one of the kindest people she has ever known. In her spare time Natalie enjoys applying makeup for friends and wedding events. She has also written and illustrated her own kids’ book. Her philosophy is to always treat patients with the amount of great care that she would like to be treated with.

Nicolette joined Pace Dermatology in January 2013. She is a Washington native and was raised in the Tacoma area. She found her way into the medical field because she’s always enjoyed serving others. She finds her inspiration from faith and her father, who taught her that if you work hard success will come in many ways. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hosting family and friends at her place, and road trips with her husband.

Pam joined Pace Dermatology in October 2013. Pam has always been drawn to the medical field through her desire to serve others. The challenge for her was finding the right niche within medicine. Her parents have served as anchors in her life and taught her how to serve others with love and compassion. Pam has a strong passion for good music and is always thinking of her favorite tune. She enjoys swimming, watching new Netflix shows, and spending time with her friends and family in her free time.

Rosa joined the Pace Dermatology team in January 2015. She is originally from Los Angeles, CA but now calls Washington her home. Her deep passion for helping others and making a difference in the world led her to a career in healthcare. Her mother is both her hero and idol who continues to motivate her in all she does. Aside from this, seeing her family and loved ones happy are what inspires her in life. In her spare time Rosa enjoys family vacations and listening to 70’s folk music.

Sarah joined Pace Dermatology in August 2013. She found medicine through her desire to help others, and she began her career with a CNA degree and later completed her LPN degree. She particularly loves to hear her patients’ stories. Sarah provides light treatments, including excimer laser and nbUVB, wound checks, suture removals, and unna boot wraps for Pace Dermatology. On a more personal note, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her time away from work.

Theresa joined Pace Dermatology in December 2016. She is a Tacoma, WA local and her love for learning and caring for others has led her to a career in the healthcare field. Her mother is her personal hero who taught her to always be caring, thoughtful, wise and strong. In her spare time Theresa enjoys spending time with her four children, fiancé, and her two dogs. She also enjoys the outdoors- including the beach and trips to Portland, OR. One interesting fact about Theresa is she was once a live-in nanny in Germany and can speak fluent German.
